Trip Overview

Embark on an unforgettable backcountry ski adventure in the pristine wilderness of Greenland led by one of our expert AMGA Certified Ski Guides. This unique journey takes you through some of the most remote and stunning landscapes on Earth, offering unparalleled opportunities for adventure and exploration. We have partnered with a top notch local company to offer logistics support, lodging, and incredible local insight to provide the highest caliber trips.

We base out of Kulusuk, Greenland for this unforgettable trip. Each day we will be served breakfast and dinner at the lodge, and during the day we will seek out good snow, good views, and incredible experiences utilizing snowmobile, dogsled, and boat to get to the skiing.

    • Arrive in Reykjavik, Iceland's vibrant capital.

    • Check into your hotel and explore the city at your leisure.

    • Evening meet and greet over dinner/drinks with fellow adventurers and your guide.

    • Early morning flight from Reykjavik to Kulusuk, Greenland.

    • Arrive in Kulusuk and transfer to Pirhuk's base via 30-45 minute ski tour. Baggage will be transported by snowmobile.

    • Orientation and safety briefings with your guide, including polar bear and sea ice safety.

    • Gear check and preparation for the days ahead.

    • Welcome dinner and stay in Kulusuk at Pirhuk headquarters.

    • Daily guided backcountry ski tours tailored to your skill level and interests.

    • Snowmobile rides, boats, and dogsleds will be used for transportation to our daily ski objectives

    • Enjoy breathtaking views of fjords, icebergs, and the Arctic Ocean.

    • Opportunities for ski mountaineering and technical descents for advanced skiers.

    • Ability to stay at a backcountry mountain hut if the group desires and conditions are favorable

    • Morning transfer to Kulusuk Airport for your return flight to Reykjavik.

    • Optional afternoon activities in Reykjavik. We suggest departing no earlier than Day 10.
